Coffeeshop Writers
Our Authors

Readers, Writers, Booklovers, Librarians, and Booksellers

Need a fascinating speaker at your next Annual Meeting, Seminar, or Workshop?

Coffee Shop Writers can fill the bill.

In our combined experience we have spoken to numerous national, regional, state, and local meetings about writing, books, publishing, and storytelling. We’ve addressed all ages from middle school students to seniors—and we mean gray-haired seniors—about our experiences and the many aspects of our passion:  books, writing, and the stories we love to tell.

We can speak on a wide range of topics from the good news/bad news of the writing life to practical subjects like book promotion. We can explore creativity and characterization, explain world building and plotting, or we can share authors’ thoughts about what makes a good read and what doesn’t. We represent multiple genres from romance to urban fantasy and from ghost stories to legends retold.

Our presentations are thought-provoking, funny, and interactive. Your audience will come away laughing, entertained, and full of new ideas. Plus, they will thank you for inviting us.
